Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase—but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

While we don’t offer refunds, we accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred size, colour, or style—subject to availability.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.
